Welcome to popxcouture; where we supply plush couture & accessories! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms, policies, and guidelines; if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RETAIL ORDERS: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for retail orders to ship. (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS)

Please place preorder and retail orders separately; if preorder and retail are placed together, retail will be held until preorder arrives; or subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you have any questions.

PREORDERS: Turn around time for preorders (from the time the round closes to shipping) is approximately 6 to 10 weeks. 

RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Due to the demand of popx plush couture accessories, we are unable to cancel/change/or edit any orders once they are submitted. Please double check your order and make sure it is correct before submitting. Refunds or returns will only be issued if the order is flawed (see Flaw Policy below). We reserve the right to replace the items first; a refund may be given if we find that we have made an error. Furthermore, you must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your order - anything after this period we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement. All refunds will be to your original form of payment. A 10% non refundable transaction fee may apply. 

FLAW POLICY: We inspect our products to the best of our ability and strive to only send out the best quality; however, flaws may happen. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material or accessories, please notify us. All flaws must be reported to us within 7 days following the delivery of your package. 

SHIPPING: All orders ship from San Diego, CA.  Our shipping is determined by weight by our website when you checkout. All packages over a pound are sent via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking.
